A typical day at one of our events:

6:30am     Gates Open / Driver Registration*
Drivers bring their cars in and set up their pit/paddock spot for the day. This may include things such as tech inspection, completing missing forms and meeting your instructor.

7:45am     MANDATORY Driver's Meeting
ALL drivers must attend this meeting. This lays out the expectations and rules for the day.

8:30am     Run Groups Begin (Hot Track)
THE FUN BEGINS!
- 20 minute sessions for each drivers group
- Typically the Beginner/Novice groups will attend a classroom session during the first session (does not affect total track time)

12:00pm   Lunch

Lunch is typically available for purchase at the track. Drivers are welcome to leave track for lunch or bring lunch items with them.

1:00pm     Run Groups resume

MORE FUN!!!
- 20 minute sessions for each drivers group

5:00pm     Track sessions conclude (cold track)
Time to pack up and head home. This is typically when drivers start obsessing over their next event!

* Nashville Superspeedway has a vendor onsite where lunch can be purchased. Participants are welcome to leave the track for lunch, but should be notified that the closest restaurant is about 15 minutes away.

* Nashville Superspeedway does have fuel pumps onsite. Please make sure your car is fueled BEFORE heading out on track! (You'd be surprised how many people don't!!!)

* At most tracks drivers can arrive the evening before to drop off car/trailer and register. Specific schedules will be sent to all registered attendees at least 3 days before event.
